We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 10 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
3. Custom or made-to-order items can only be returned or exchanged if only it is defective or incorrect item.
4. If the personalization information you left is wrong, we will not return or replace the items, please check the personalization information consciously when placing an order.
Returns Process & Time-Frame
1. Please contact our customer service and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing..
3. Add your order number inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and write it down or print it out)
4. Drop off your package at the local post office. Take down the return tracking number and send it to our service team.
Please allow 10 to 25 business days for return package in transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

If the logistics can be queried to the destination country, however because your address is not detailed, your goods be returned to us, this should be regarded as the customer responsibility, we can only offer partial refund, the refund rate is 50%.

Return Shipping Costs & Address

1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the payment made will be refunded in full amount. For orders need to be cancelled after 24 hours of your payment time and we haven't shipped , we have to deduct 20% from your payment amount as cancellation fee.
